Just realized not everyone checks the drain pump filter on washers before digging deeper...
Half the techs I talk to say checking the filter is step one every time, but the other half skip it and waste an hour chasing error codes. Which camp are you in and have you ever had that simple filter save you a full diagnostic?

You ever see that study or whatever where people who double check stuff end up catching way more mistakes than they even realize? Sounds like you're living proof of it happening in real time.
