Hit 400 refrigerators logged in my little notebook and it flipped a switch in my head

I started writing down every fridge I touched about 14 months ago, model, symptom, what actually fixed it, and I hit number 400 on Tuesday at a rental unit over in Gary. Flipping back through it, 61 of those had a bad start relay that looked fine on the outside, and I had been swapping thermistors on those same symptoms for months. Now I check the relay first on any no-cool call and my callback rate has dropped to almost nothing. Anybody else keep a paper log like this, or have you moved it to a phone app that actually works?
