Rant: my countertop bokashi bin went from a moldy mess to zero smell in 10 days
Back in March I was dumping coffee grounds straight in and getting that sour drain smell by day 3, but after I started layering in two handfuls of shredded junk mail and draining the tea every other morning in my Silver Lake kitchen, the whole bucket turned into this earthy, pickled thing that doesn't stink at all, so what are you all using for your browns when you run out of paper?
