My mom asked why I keep a bucket of rotting peels under my sink and her face said it all
She was at my place in Portland two weeks ago and spotted my countertop bin, and when I said it was for bokashi she asked if I was saving up for something. Funny thing is that little $40 setup has kept my kitchen smelling better than the fancy electric one I tried back in 2021. Now she wants to start one, so what do you all use to keep fruit flies out of yours?
