I finally bought a $40 bokashi bin and it changed my kitchen game

I live in a small studio in Austin and was tired of my old compost pail smelling after just two days. I picked up this Bokashi bucket from a local gardening shop for $40 and it seals tight with a spigot for the liquid. Has anyone else tried one of these and found a cheap way to get the bran refills?

I tried making my own bran and ended up with something that smelled worse than the trash itself.
