Hot take: my countertop bokashi bin runs better in my tiny Houston kitchen than the porch setup
I moved into a 400 sq ft place in Houston last June and figured the electric composter was the only way, but a $35 bokashi bucket under the sink has zero smell and fits easy. Everybody swears you need outdoor space or a fancy machine, so has anyone else had good luck with plain bokashi in a studio?
