A guy at the Memphis truck stop diner told me he composts coffee grounds in a 5 gallon bucket under his sink
He said he adds a handful of dry leaves from the park every time and it never smells, just smells like wet dirt. I started doing the same in my studio last month and I'm shocked it actually works, anyone else use the bucket method or do you swear by a countertop bin?
