Shoutout to the person who redid the recommendations engine on Crunchyroll

I swear it used to show me the same 5 shows for like 2 years straight no matter what I watched. But last week I noticed it started suggesting this obscure 90s OVA I actually ended up loving. Anyone else see a big change in what they're being recommended lately?

You might want to check your viewing history and rate a few shows to help it learn your taste better.

Help it learn your taste better"? Man, that sounds like I'm training a dog, not a streaming service. I've rated like 50 shows and it still thinks I want to watch 80s action flicks when I never click on those. Maybe my taste is just too complicated for an algorithm.
