I still get chills thinking about that 3 year old forum post that spoiled the ending
Three years ago I was reading through an old MyAnimeList discussion thread for Attack on Titan season 2. Some random user just dropped the final season ending in a reply with no spoiler tags, no warning at all. It totally ruined the shock of the basement reveal for me when I finally got there last week. Now I'm super careful about even looking at comment sections for older anime. Has anyone else had a key plot point spoiled by an ancient forum post that you'd just forgotten about?

Wait, you seriously just got to the basement reveal last week? Like last week in 2024? Man, that's some patience. I would have cracked and binged the whole thing years ago. But yeah, getting that ending dropped on you back in season 2, that's just cruel. That person probably didn't even think twice about it, just typed it out and moved on with their life while you had to sit on that for years. I'd be furious, honestly.

That random user just dropping the spoiler with zero warning" is the worst, man. So did it totally ruin the whole experience for you, or did you still kinda enjoy the journey even though you knew what was coming?
