Warning: I hiked the La Luz Trail 12 times this year and just hit a number I didn't plan for
I started counting my La Luz Trail hikes back in January just for fun and hit 12 round trips up to the crest last weekend. What surprised me is that my knees finally stopped hurting around trip 8, which is the opposite of what I expected at 44 years old. Anyone else notice their body adapting to the Sandias after a certain number of trips, or am I just getting lucky with the weather this year?
