The cashier at Frontier who remembered my order for 8 months

Walked into the Frontier Restaurant on Central around 7am last Tuesday, same as I do most weeks. The lady at the register, Maria, rang me up for a breakfast burrito with extra green chile before I even said a word. We've never talked beyond 'hi' and 'have a good one.' How does someone in a spot that busy keep track of a random regular's order like that? Have any of you had a stranger in Albuquerque remember something small about you out of nowhere?
