I finally figured out why every tourist calls our Balloon Fiesta parking lot a maze

I volunteer at the parking lot off Alameda every year, and without fail someone walks up asking where the exit is while standing 20 feet from it. The issue is the porta potty line blocks the view of the sign, so people loop around the same row three times before giving up. Last Sunday I counted 11 cars do the exact same wrong turn near row C, right by the old cottonwood tree. Has anyone else noticed this specific spot confusing people, or is it just me?

That sign's actually visible if people just look up from their phones.
