Frontier vs Comcast, I finally switched after 2 years of outages

I argued with my brother for years that Comcast was fine, just overpriced. Then last month my internet dropped 3 times during a work call and one time during the final minutes of a Lobo game. He kept telling me Frontier fiber was better and I kept saying it was all the same. Finally I got sick of paying $85 for 200mbps that never actually hit 200. Frontier quoted me $60 for 500mbps with no contract. I switched last Friday and so far zero drops. The install guy was even on time which never happened with Comcast. Has anyone else dealt with this or am I just lucky so far?

Ha, sounds about right. Comcast always felt like paying premium for dial-up energy.
