Thirty years of keypads and I just found out where I've been wiring the tamper
After a service call in Tulsa last month where a homeowner's dog kept setting off the panel, I finally realized I'd had the tamper loop tied to the same zone as the motion for the last twenty years, so has anyone else run a separate tampers line on every single install?
