Customer complaint about panel placement changed my whole approach

Had a job in Salem last month, mounted a keypad right by the front door like I always do. Customer came back and said their kid kept hitting it with a backpack, false alarms three times in a week. I never thought about high-traffic zones before, just went for the standard spot. Now I ask about foot traffic and door swing before I drill anything. Anyone else run into this and adjust their mounting spots?
