Torque wrench fell out of calibration mid-job on a CRJ

I torqued 16 bolts on a flap track last Tuesday in Orlando and later found the click torque wrench was reading 15% low, so how often do you guys actually send your torque wrenches out for calibration?

Fifteen percent low is a big deal, that's a lot of bolts that weren't actually torqued right and I'd be pulling that flap track apart, not just wondering about calibration schedules. Send it out every six months or after any drop, it's cheap compared to a rework.
